Cancellation Policy

Delivery Considerations: Prices are excluding GST. Prices include Delivery, Set-Up, and Take-Down within the City of Calgary limits. Mileage rates apply on all other rentals ($2.75/km from our office to your location only charged on the way there). For Non-Grass Outdoor or Indoor Set-Ups where we are unable to spike down to grass, sandbags for anchoring purposes are required, with charges applying ($50/unit, larger inflatables may require more than 1 unit). Payment Policy: Full payment is due upon delivery, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cheque, or Cash. To secure bookings, a 25% deposit is required, fully refundable if cancellation is made 14 calendar days prior to the event. For rentals of $1000 or more, a 50% deposit is required, refundable if cancellation is made 3 calendar days prior to the event. All deposits are refundable in the event of inclement weather preventing Cloud Castles from setting up. Delivery Hours and Charges: Scheduled delivery hours are from 8 am to 9 pm (or 30 minutes before sunset for outdoor rentals). Additional charges apply for deliveries outside of these hours. Optional Damage Waiver: An optional Damage Waiver of 12% will be added to each rental. The Damage Waiver covers any damage that occurs during normal use of the equipment (does not include damage due to negligence, flagrant misuse, or not adhering to the rules of use). This ensures that our clients will not incur any expenses after the duration of the rental. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: To cancel your rental agreement without forfeiture of your deposit, you must provide us with a notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and ensures we can offer the best service to all of our clients. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the time of the scheduled delivery without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Weather Conditions: In the case of inclement weather, we may need to cancel for safety reasons.
